stories worth telling
Feature | The New York Times
Every year The New York Times accepts students college essays submissions and in 2021, an excerpt of my essay about art being a refuge was accepted and published.

My college admission essay was titled Starry Night and discussed the painting becoming a spark for inspiration as I grew older and found my artistic abilities. My essay also discussed navigating through challenging personal matters as a high school graduate amidst the pandemic. My writing and art was featured in "When Normal Life Stopped: College Essays Reflect a Turbulent Year" written by Anemona Hartocollis.
